Initiate Your Request
Log into our digital portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely place the items in their original designer packaging, ensuring all tags and security seals remain intact and untampered.
Affix the Label
Print and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the exterior of your parcel, removing any previous delivery markings.
Dispatch and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized courier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival at our studio.
